The Role
Our client is seeking an Associate with two to four years’ experience to join its Insurance and Reinsurance Litigation practice. The team advises insurers on complex, high exposure coverage and reinsurance matters across multiple US offices.
The successful candidate will work on a broad range of insurance coverage and commercial litigation matters, with exposure to professional liability, general liability and D&O policies.
The Role Will Include
- Insurance coverage analysis assessing coverage issues under professional liability, general liability and D&O policies
- Litigation support drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing discovery, handling depositions and making court appearances
Required
- Two to four years of insurance coverage and or commercial litigation experience
- Understanding of coverage issues under professional liability, general liability and D&O policies
- Experience in pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions and court work
