When Birchrose Associates was established in 2019, we set out with a clear vision: to build a trusted legal recruitment business, dedicated exclusively to law firms and the people who drive them forward.

After six successful years in the UK market, we expanded into the U.S. and welcomed on board, Austin Hale. Austin previously built and developed his former agency’s U.S. legal desk and brings valuable market insight from his experience as a Big Law paralegal in New York.

Birchrose U.S. proudly represents top-tier attorney talent, from Associate through to Partner, across the Am Law 200, Vault 100, and leading regional firms.
